The pool area was stunning! Loved the spacious Deluxe Studio with daily housekeeping and the fun game room for billiards.

what an absolute disappointment! the Wi-Fi continuously cut out, leaving me stranded in the modern stone age. not to mention, I expected room service to pamper me with at least a complimentary bottle of water, but alas, I received nothing. I almost left a glowing review, until I remembered the small TV.

Feeling charged separately for air conditioning units is simply outrageous in such a hot climate!!! The walk to the nearest beach is more of a hike, not quite as nearby as advertised!!!

we come every year to the loutsiana hotel and it's always fantastic. the rooms are cozy and include a small kitchen, perfect for family meals. every day, our room was cleaned and towels changed. also, the large swimming pool was a hit, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens surrounding it.

my only mild critique is that the dining options could be a bit more varied.

The cantina-style breakfast is a letdown, lacking variety, and if you're hoping for a sunbed, be prepared to wake up early, as they're often claimed by towels long before anyone dips a toe in the water. WiFi can be hit or miss. some days you’ll struggle to get a decent signal even outside, which is frustrating when you're trying to unwind. The pool closes at a disappointing 6 PM, which doesn’t suit everyone’s evening plans, and finding a place to sidestep outside can be tricky due to limited parking.
